One hub per country, one network
Every country has its own hub, autonomous in language and local context, but part of a single European identity. The Swiss hub acts as HQ and coordinates the whole network:
- Strategy and values: one mission and shared standards for every national hub.
- New national hubs: guidance and tools to launch the hub in a new country.
- Programmes and events: media training, awards and a common calendar.
- Rapid response: coordinated, multilingual public statements when the community is affected.

We monitor episodes involving the Sikh community and coordinate a public response. We guide people to the right channels; we do not replace lawyers or authorities.
